Phil Kasten

Phil Kasten currently serves as Vice President of Engineering - Developer Experience at Fidelity Investments since February 2024. Previously, Kasten was Director of Engineering at Google from March 2019 to March 2023, overseeing the infrastructure and automated development processes for Google's Travel portfolio. Kasten transformed Juniper Networks’ Global Customer Services and Support organization as Vice President of Engineering, Support Technologies, and Customer Success from January 2011 to August 2018. Early career contributions include leadership roles at Verivue, Inc., Juniper Networks, Unisphere Networks, and Redstone Communications, with significant achievements in automation and software engineering. Kasten holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
