Ahmed Waly, PhD, FCIArb is an experienced Associate Professor at Helwan University Cairo and an Adjunct Associate Professor at The American University in Cairo. Ahmed is also a Managing Partner at WALY - Arbitration & Contract Administration. Ahmed is a Fellow and Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, as well as a Member of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration and ICC Arbitration. Ahmed holds various degrees, including a PhD in Project Management from Virginia Tech and a CIArb Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from the University of Oxford. Additionally, Ahmed is an Accredited Mediator & Trainer at CEDR and an Accredited Trainer at FIDIC.
