Piotr Nowaczyk is a prominent Independent International Arbitrator and Mediator, recognized as the first Polish Chartered Arbitrator since 2010. With extensive experience in international arbitration, mediation, and dispute board adjudication, Piotr has served as an arbitrator and mediator in over 450 cases across multiple languages including English, French, and Polish. Piotr is also a FIDIC Accredited Adjudicator, the first Polish adjudicator listed on the FIDIC President's list, and has acted on various high-profile dispute boards. As a member of esteemed organizations such as the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the ICC Arbitration Commission, Piotr has contributed significantly to international arbitration, including scrutiny of numerous arbitral awards. Piotr's educational background includes a Master's degree in Law from Adam Mickiewicz University and legal studies in France and Germany.
