Malik Qamza is the founder of FIDIS, a real estate development group of companies. Malik has over 25 years of experience in the industry, starting their career as a professional soccer player before transitioning into banking and eventually real estate development.

Qamza began their professional career as a soccer player with Vostok FC in 1991. Malik played for the team for two years before moving into banking with Bank TuranAlem in 1997. Malik quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Vice President within two years. Malik held this position for 12 years, during which time they were responsible for optimizing business processes and reducing expenses.

In 2009, Qamza left Bank TuranAlem to start their own real estate development company, M2 Group. The company developed multifamily apartment homes, offices, retail properties, and hotels. In 2020, Qamza sold M2 Group and founded FIDIS.

Qamza has a proven track record of success in the real estate industry. Their experience and expertise have helped him build a successful career in real estate development.

Malik Qamza has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Eastern Kazakhstan State University. Malik also attended EF Executive Language Institute.
