Jose P. has extensive experience in the field of information technology and management. Jose started their career in 1984 as the IT Department responsible at GTIE (Vinci Energies). From there, they worked their way up to various leadership positions, including IT Europe Director at SDEL (Vinci Energies) and IT Director at Brandt. Jose then served as the CIO Europe and Asia Pacific at Bacou-Dalloz before becoming the Group CIO at Datem. Later, they joined Alstom as the France IT Director and eventually took on the role of Director, Workplace Solutions & Service Management. Before their current position, Jose P. was the CEO and Owner of IT'TIM. Currently, they are the Group CIO at Fiducial, overseeing information systems and worldwide operations.

Jose P. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in IT from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, starting in 1984 and finishing in 1987. Jose then pursued further education and completed a Master of Science degree in Finance & Strategic Management from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion, with a study period from 1997 to 1998.
