Jackie Forecki

Jackie Forecki is the VP, Human Resources at Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Inc. Jackie has over 20 years of experience in human resources, including 11 years with The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. where they served as Vice President of Corporate Human Resources.

Jackie has a proven track record of improving employee relations and reducing turnover. Jackie has implemented successful programs to improve onboarding, training, and career development. Jackie is also an expert in employment branding and has helped to improve the candidate success rate through the creation of pre-hire assessment tools.

In their current role, Jackie is responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, and training and organizational development functions for the company. Jackie has successfully filled over 400 corporate positions annually and has decreased merchandise assistant turnover by 45%.
