Brent Mondoskin

Brent Mondoskin has worked in the technology industry for over 15 years. In 2019, they joined FIDx as the Chief Platform Officer, where they provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of 20 professionals. Brent is credited with dramatically increasing productivity and boosting client satisfaction by spearheading the complete overhaul of the company's IT organization and instilling an Agile/Scrum framework.

Prior to this, Brent worked at Jackson National Life Insurance Company from 2005 to 2019 in various roles, including Assistant Vice President of Strategic Solutions & Office of the President, Director of Systems Innovation Group, Manager of Systems & Programming, Lead Software Developer of Systems & Programming, Senior Software Developer, and Software Developer. In this role, they created an enterprise-wide digital transformation strategy and gained company-wide support for digital transformation initiatives by demonstrating clear alignment with organizational objectives. Brent also built the IT Project Management Office (PMO) from the ground up and performed critical project management responsibilities on strategic technology initiatives.

Brent Mondoskin holds a Master of Music (M.M.) in Music Performance from Michigan State University, which they attained in 2004. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Music (B.M.) in Music Performance from Michigan State University.
