Ali Farahani

Ali Farahani has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ali is currently working at FIEGE as the Head of CIO Strategic PMO and Head of IT EAM for Group IT. Prior to this, they founded Elevate iT Coaching in 2020. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Group Chief Information Officer at ROXCEL Holding GmbH, where they provided advisory and coaching services to the board and stakeholders on digital transformation, cloud services, and AI. Before that, they held the position of Chief Information Officer at Roxcel Trading GmbH. Ali also has experience as the Chief Technology Officer at ABAX Informationstechnik GmbH, where they worked on various IT projects. Ali started their career as a Senior J2EE Developer and Systems Architect at Lerox Datenverarbeitung GmbH and later worked as a Senior J2EE Developer at the same company. Prior to that, they were the CEO and Chief Systems Designer at Eede Business Solutions. Ali began their professional journey as a Technical Manager and Designer at Nazm Aran Consulting Engineers Co. and as a Mac Designer and Programmer at Quartz Co.

Ali Farahani has a diverse education history. Ali holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Hardware Engineering from Azad University (IAU). In 2020, they completed the Advanced Certified Coach Program (ACTP) at the International Coach Academy, specializing in IT Leadership Coaching and Executive Coaching. In 2022, Ali acquired a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Cumbria. Ali also obtained several certifications, including Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation and Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC) from Positive Intelligence. In addition, they are an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and holds the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation.
