Claudia Scheins

Claudia Scheins currently serves as Director Learning & Development and Head of Learning and Development at FIEGE since May 2021. Claudia has extensive experience in the field of human resources and development, having held positions such as Head of People Development at FIEGE from September 2007 to June 2009, Senior Manager Management Development at TUI from May 2003 to August 2007, and Head of HRD at BCD Travel from November 2000 to April 2003. Claudia operates as a consultant and coach at Claudia Scheins - Personal: Beratung und Entwicklung since July 2009. Early career experience includes working as a travel agent at Hapag-Lloyd Reisebüro GmbH from March 1993 to October 2000. Educational qualifications include a degree as a Systemischer Business Coach from Coaching Akademie Berlin and a Staatsexamen in Business Science, Geography, Work and Organizational Psychology, and Education from Freie Universität Berlin.
