Andy Silvestri

Andy Silvestri has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Andy started their career at AutoTrader.com as a Web Production Designer in 2003 and worked there until 2006. Andy then moved on to Moxie Interactive, where they held the positions of Sr. Designer and Art Director from 2006 to 2010. At Moxie Interactive, Andy utilized their design skills to contribute to various projects.

In 2010, Andy joined Field as a Design Strategy Principal and Co-Founder. Andy played a crucial role in leading a multidisciplinary team and assisting clients in defining and optimizing digital product experiences. Additionally, Andy managed project operations, maintained client relationships, and oversaw timelines, budget, scope, and delivery.

Most recently, Andy Silvestri joined HatchWorks in 2019 as a Senior Product Owner. Andy served in this role until 2021 when they were promoted to the position of Director of Product Design.

Throughout their career, Andy has acquired a wealth of experience in design, strategy, project management, and leadership.

Andy Silvestri attended Loyola University Maryland from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Advertising and Digital Media. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the AWS Business Professional certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2020.
