Eirik Korsbøen

Eirik Korsbøen is an experienced Grunnerverver currently working at Field since November 2021, previously holding the same title at Bane NOR from May 2017 to November 2021. In the role at Bane NOR, Eirik was involved in the Follobaneproject in Oslo, Ski, and Åsland, gaining expertise in the valuation and acquisition of various types of property. Notably, Eirik participated in three of the four rounds of the Skeidarsaken, which dealt with capitalization rates for the utility value in the transfer of commercial real estate. Eirik holds a Master’s degree in Eiendom from Norges miljø- og biovitenskapelige universitet (NMBU), completed in May 2017.
