ARUN NAIR

Arun Nair has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. ARUN is currently working as a Customer Service Specialist at Field Control Analytics, where they utilize their skills to reduce risk, increase efficiency, and enhance reporting. ARUN served as a Client Servicing-UK, maintaining professional relationships with clients throughout the UK and providing market trend insights. ARUN also worked as a Business Development executive, generating leads for B2B processes and maintaining client relations in the USA.

Prior to their tenure at Sterling Infosystems, Inc., Arun worked as a Team Leader at Future Generali, Mumbai, where they were responsible for managing the company's channel sales policies and strategies and ensuring sales results within a specified geographical area.

Arun's earlier experience includes working as a Unit Manager at Citigroup Global Services, where they were accountable for agents, and as a Processing Officer at Transworks Information Services Ltd, where they handled various inbound voice processes.

Furthermore, Arun started their career as a Junior Accountant at Medore Equipments Pvt. Ltd, where they were responsible for maintaining cash registers, preparing invoices, and handling balance sheets.

Arun Nair completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Accounts from Mumbai University between 2001 and 2004. Prior to that, they also attained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce from Mumbai University from 1997 to 2001.
