Ilona C. has a diverse work experience in various roles. Ilona started their career as a Staff Accountant intern at DTEK, where they handled financial statements, payroll, and accounts receivables. Ilona then moved on to Homecare Homebase as a Financial Product Owner, where they established criteria for product milestones, collaborated with development teams, and consulted with clients to understand their business needs.

After that, Ilona joined DerbySoft as a SaaS Senior Product Manager, where they oversaw a product team, identified target markets, developed marketing plans, and successfully launched new products. Ilona also developed core product positioning, prioritized product releases, and led marketing programs to drive awareness and demand.

Currently, Ilona is working at Field Control Analytics as a SaaS Principal Product Manager. In this role, they work directly with development teams to build a new SaaS web application and data analytics platform based on customer requirements. Ilona focuses on testing, continuous evaluation, and optimization of product features for use in marketing strategies.

Ilona C. attended Donetsk National University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a field of study in Economics. Ilona also earned the Agile Certified Product Manager Product Owner certification from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management in September 2018. In October 2020, Ilona received the Certified Innovation Leader (CIL) certification from AIPMM. Most recently, in January 2022, they obtained the New Product Development Professional (NPDP) certification from PDMA - Product Development and Management Association.
