Mike Afarian is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in financial management and operations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at Field Controls, LLC since February 2013, Mike oversees key functions including Accounting, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Purchasing for a $35 million manufacturer in the HVAC and indoor air quality market. Previously, as Controller at Bartell Machinery Systems, LLC, Mike managed financial operations for a $40 million custom equipment manufacturer. With earlier roles at TECT Corporation, Gaylord Bros., and MKS Instruments, Mike has demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and international financing. Mike began their career as a Staff Accountant at Caras & Shulman, PC after earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University in 1980.
