Simon Dury

Simon Dury is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in food production and management. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Field Doctor since March 2022, Simon previously held the position of Mixing Manager at Kerry from January 2019 to March 2022. Simon's extensive experience includes a notable tenure as Production Manager at Landmark Group, where responsibilities included overseeing the launch of the Central Production Kitchen and managing product development for reputable brands such as Carluccio's and Max's Restaurant. Earlier in the career, Simon significantly contributed to Pieminister as Operations Manager, leading the production department from its inception and achieving remarkable growth in production scale. Simon's educational background encompasses various management and safety qualifications obtained in 2012, alongside studies at Weston College and Backwell School.
