Michelle Rusch

Michelle Rusch has over 30 years of experience in inventory and account management. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Field Fastener since January 1999, Michelle specializes in managing customer inventory, optimizing cost savings, and handling both Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and traditional accounts. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Buyer at Regal Beloit from January 1989 to January 1999, focusing on supplier selection and cost reduction. Michelle's career commenced at Freeman Shoe Company from June 1986 to January 1989, where responsibilities included advertising, secretarial duties, and event planning. Michelle is a graduate of F.J. Turner High School, class of 1981.
