Carly Biondi

Carly Biondi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and program management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations, People & Culture at Field & Fork Network since September 2025, Carly previously held multiple roles at the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations, including Director of Operations, Senior Operations Manager, and Operations Manager from January 2019 to August 2025. Earlier experience includes serving as Program Manager at both the Transnational NGO Initiative and the World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF). Carly holds a Master's degree in International/Global Studies from Concordia University Irvine and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from SUNY Geneseo.
