Uyen Vu

Uyen Vu is a quality assurance technician at Field Roast since July 2021. Previously, Uyen was involved in various roles such as a student member at Boynton Health Care Center, a student digital scanner at Andersen Library, a student lab assistant at University of Minnesota College of Biological Sciences, a quality assurance intern at SABECO, and a member of The International Student Advisory Council at Seattle Central College. Uyen holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Studies and Food Science from the University of Minnesota.
