Sara Seivewright has over 30 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sara has held various roles at different companies throughout their career. Sara started their career at Barclays in 1987 as Group HR, Compensation and Benefits. Sara then worked at Shropshire Council as a Human Resources Manager from 2000 to 2003. Sara then joined NHS England as a Workforce Strategy Manager for a year before returning to Shropshire Council as a Human Resources and Workforce Strategy Manager from 2005 to 2010. Sara then worked as a Human Resources and Workforce Strategy Consultant at Platinum HR Consultancy from 2010 to 2014. Sara then became the Director of HR & Staff Development at The Royal School Wolverhampton from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources at the Field Studies Council. Sara has extensive experience in HR and workforce strategy and is a Fellow of the CIPD.

Sara Seivewright Fellow CIPD has an education history that includes attending Keele University from 2009 to 2010. During their time at Keele University, they pursued a National Programme in Strategic Integrated Workforce Strategy Leads for Children's Workforce Development Council.

Sara also attended Newport Girls High School, although the specific dates and any degree they obtained from there are not provided.

Furthermore, they pursued higher education at the University of Wolverhampton, where they completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resources Management. Additionally, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Development & Training Management from the same institution.

In terms of certifications, Sara Seivewright became a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, obtaining this certification from the institution in October 2020.
