Head of Recruitment

Shelley is currently the Head of Recruitment at Field. Head was previously the Talent Acquisition Manager at Salt and prior to that, the Recruiting Manager at Yelp.

Shelley has extensive experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from acquiring new businesses to successfully placing technical sales candidates. During their time at Yelp, they oversaw the entire hiring process from start to finish for the East Coast team. Under their leadership, the team met 134% of their quota in 2015.

Shelley is also an advisor to various organizations in NYC related to scale and growth strategy during start-up phase. Head was the first in their cohort to exceed the 3-month new hire sales quota.

The educational career for Head of Recruitment would be a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University and a certification from Wharton Executive Education in LinkedIn Paths: Certificate in Advanced Talent Strategy.
