Cynthia Rees

Cynthia Rees has extensive experience in the care home sector, currently serving as Service Manager at Fieldbay Ltd since September 2020, managing existing facilities, refurbishments, and new builds. Previously, from December 2004 to April 2014, Cynthia held the position of Group Operations Manager at Fieldbay Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing operations across six care homes and managing strategic development, planning, design, and equipment.
