Sophie Deltour Compeyrot has extensive experience in operations and project management within technology-driven companies. Currently serving as the Head of Run and People Ops at Fieldbox since July 2017, Sophie manages the Run Services business unit, overseeing team organization, service definition, financial reporting, and participating in the company steering committee. Previously, Sophie held roles at IDMOG, where responsibilities included Solution Engineer and Project Manager, significantly contributing to the delivery team's operational strategies. Early career experience includes working as an Economist Engineer at ExxonMobil, focusing on production planning and economic analysis. Sophie's educational background comprises a Master of Science in Energy Economics from IFP School and a Master of Science in Energy and Telecom Engineering from CentraleSupélec.
