Adekunle Babasola

Adekunle Babasola has a diverse professional background, having worked in various roles in different companies since 2015. In 2015, they began their career as an Accountant for the Anglican Church Nigeria. In 2016, they joined GTBank as a Customer Information Service (CIS), where they successfully handled and resolved over 80% of customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. In 2017, they became a Business Development Executive for Valid Consulting Limited. In 2019, they joined CitrinePurple as a Business Development Executive and also began working for Zippy Logistics as a Data Manager and IT Support. In 2020, they became a Consultant (IT Technical Support) for Zippy Logistics and also took on a volunteer role as Content Chair & Webmaster for PM World. In 2023, they joined PM World as an Advisory Group Committee. Throughout their career, Adekunle Babasola has consistently demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency, increasing customer satisfaction, and implementing successful content campaigns.

Adekunle Babasola has a varied educational background. Adekunle has completed coursework for an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology in Business Foundations. Adekunle has also taken a Product Masterclass from Product School. Adekunle has completed a Project Management/Business Analysis Course from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial and Business Management from the National Open University of Nigeria. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in 2022, Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services in 2021, Blockchain for Managers from Product School in 2020, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from BitDegree in 2019.
