Jenna Mercer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management. Currently serving as Team Lead for Customer Success at FieldEdge since November 2021, Jenna previously held the position of Client Services Manager at The Terraces at Bonita Springs from July 2013 to November 2021. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University, where studies were completed from 2008 to 2013, and graduated from Manatee High School in 2008.
