Fielder Church
Pedro Aviles has extensive experience in education and ministry, currently serving as the Director of Campuses at Fielder Church since August 2021. Previously, Pedro held the position of Associate Pastor at Fielder Church - Grand Prairie from August 2013 to January 2023. Pedro's educational background includes teaching roles in architecture and mathematics, with previous positions at Molina Design Academy-Dallas ISD and Grand Prairie ISD, respectively. Pedro also served as a bilingual teacher and technology specialist at Dallas ISD. In addition to teaching, Pedro was the President of the American Institute of Architecture Students at the University of Puerto Rico from 2008 to 2009. Academically, Pedro obtained a Master of Theological Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary between 2015 and 2017 and completed an undergraduate degree at Universidad de Puerto Rico from 2005 to 2010.

Fielder Church is a bilingual, multiethnic, multisite church in Arlington, Grand Prairie & Mansfield, TX. Led by Lead Pastor Jason Paredes, this church has a 2026 vision to become a people who are radically generous, invest to send, pursue imperfect people, expand by planting, and celebrate differences. This is praying church, a sending church, and a diverse church that is seeking to advance the kingdom of God.
