Jennifer Lutters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product advocacy and customer support in the tech and workforce management industries. Currently serving as a Senior Product Advocate at SAP Fieldglass since October 2019, Lutters engages with customers, partners, and internal teams to align development requests with business goals and customer needs. Previous roles include Customer Adoption Consultant at SAP Fieldglass, where strategic discussions with clients focused on optimizing application use, and MSP Program Manager at Pontoon Solutions, delivering consultative solutions for managed service provider accounts.
