Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has established an online store focusing on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana holds the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and practice as a nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019.
