Hiep Nguyen

Hiep Nguyen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Hiep started their career at Triage Consulting Group as a Senior Consultant, where they managed project teams, advised C-Suite executives, and developed pricing tools. Hiep then joined Amazon as a Category Manager, where they led a $150M category, developed growth strategies, and led the team for Amazon's inaugural Prime Day. Hiep later worked at Connectifier, an AI startup, as a Business Development and Operations professional. Hiep then joined Mavenlink as a Business Development and Operations specialist, focusing on project management and collaboration tools. Hiep also worked at AuditBoard in multiple roles, including Area Director, Regional Director, and Senior Manager, where they contributed to sales and business development. Currently, Hiep is the Director of Global Sales at Fieldguide, responsible for driving global market adoption and leading a team to support the company's growth trajectory.

Hiep Nguyen completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended the University of California, Davis from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their major was in Economics, Management, and Communication, with a double major and a minor. In addition to their formal education, Hiep Nguyen has also obtained a certification as a PADI Open Water Diver from the Professional Association of Diving Instructors.
