Debra Huddleston

Ms. Huddleston is a Managing Director at Brean Capital and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of National Cooperative Bank, a congressionally chartered institution with more than $3 billion of assets. At NCB, she chairs the Compensation & Governance Committee and previously chaired the Finance Committee and served on the audit committee. She has extensive experience in real estate lending, capital markets and structured products, including overseeing issuance of more than 50 securitizations totaling in excess of $35 billion and providing strategic advice to major clients such as U.S. and European bank regulators, global asset managers and systemically important financial institutions on over $150 billion of fixed income assets. She started her career at Chemical Bank, now a part of JPMorgan Chase, and has since held increasingly senior roles at a number of premier financial institutions including Citibank, Credit Suisse, BlackRock and Perella Weinberg. Ms. Huddleston holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Brown University.
