Timothy J. Tully

Mr. Tully has been a Director of the Bank since 2012, served as Chairman of the Board from 2014-2022, served as Executive Chairman of Fieldpoint Private Holdings, Inc. since 2019, and was recently appointed to the Board of Managers for Fieldpoint Private Trust, LLC. He is a Founder and the Managing Partner of Tully Capital Partners, LLC and Tully Investment Fund, LLC. Tully Capital Partners was founded in 1997 and is primarily engaged in private equity investments; Tully Investment Fund was formed to hold assets with greater liquidity, such as public equity, hedge funds and managed accounts. A graduate of Boston College with a BS in Finance, Mr. Tully began his career as an Equity Options Specialist and Market Maker on the New York Options Exchange, where he served as a Floor Official. He then worked for several years in real estate investment before assuming his present management responsibilities. He has also served on the Board of Directors of companies listed on the NYSE and NASDAQ, serving on a variety of committees, and chairing the Compensation Committees.
