Adam is currently the VP of Product at FieldPulse. Adam has held this position since January 2019. Prior to that, they were the VP of Marketing & Product at Real Geeks from June 2018 to January 2019.

Adam has built and led teams in 5 countries across Product Management, Design, User Research, Engineering and Customer Success. Adam is responsible for the entire core experience including CRM, Agreements, Pricebook, Proposals, Payments, and Dispatch & Scheduling. Adam created strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for one of the first home services workforce management mobile app for iphone, android and mobile web. Adam led product management team and outside development team on product implementation.

Some of Adam's key accomplishments include increasing payment MRR by 1,376.29% and decreasing Net MRR churn by 59.35%. Adam also managed $100,000+ monthly advertising spend resulting in a substantial decrease in CPL. Additionally, they connected and transformed 10k+ data sources to enable real-time decisions contributing to millions in new ARR.
