Ray Honey has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ray started their career as a Student Tech at LCISD Technology in 2008, troubleshooting computers and assisting with hardware installations. In 2009, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Dance Houston, handling various tasks such as ticket sales and office network setup. Ray then served as an Event Specialist at CROSSMARK in 2010, before transitioning to a Cashier role at Sam's Club later that year. In 2011, they became the Book Manager at Hastings Entertainment.

Ray joined T-Mobile in 2013, starting as a Retail Sales Associate and eventually becoming a Retail Associate Manager and Mobile Expert. At T-Mobile, they provided customer service, recommended merchandise, and processed sales transactions. Ray briefly worked as an Implementation Specialist at PestRoutes Software in 2018.

Since 2018, Ray has primarily focused on customer success roles. Ray started as a Customer Success Manager at FieldRoutes in 2018 and later transitioned to a Technical Support Manager position. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Manager, Customer Success before taking on their current role as Director of Customer Success in January 2022. Throughout their career, Ray has demonstrated a strong customer focus and has developed expertise in managing and supporting customer relationships.

Ray Honey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas at Dallas in 2016. Following that, from 2017 to 2021, Ray pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the same institution.
