Norma Reyes

Norma joined the Fieldwork family in 2010 as a client service representative. After quickly familiarizing herself as a host, running the front desk and closing down the shop at night, she was promoted to the project management team. She had some training in the phone room as well to learn the ins and outs of Fieldwork Dallas. She still plays a big role in the facility assisting with client needs, training new staff members and stepping in as needed. Being bilingual, she is also able to assist when the facility needs a host for Spanish groups.
