Glykeria Christidou

Glykeria Christidou serves as the Head of PMO and Business Analysis and Director of Project Delivery at Fiera Capital since 2019, where notable achievements include the management of a complex Salesforce implementation and global migration of nine CRM systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR and ISO 27001 requirements. Previously, at Manulife Financial from 2010 to 2018, Glykeria managed a significant project transitioning Private Asset Management funds administration and led the development of in-house Market Risk Management systems. Earlier experience at Upland Eclipse PPM from 2004 to 2010 involved business analysis and quality assurance, focusing on procedural improvement and workflow design. Glykeria holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Technology Management from Ryerson University and a Computer Programming and Analysis Diploma from Seneca Polytechnic.
