Josefa Palma

Josefa Palma has over a decade of experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Fiera Capital since September 2016, where responsibilities include managing over $3 billion in assets under management (AUM) and making strategic asset allocation decisions. Previously, Josefa held the position of Associate at Legal & General Investment Management America, managing relationships with pension fund clients and conducting portfolio reviews for approximately $115 billion in AUM. Early career experience includes roles as a Financial Sponsors Summer Associate at Credit Suisse, where various transactions for private equity clients were arranged, and as a Senior Analyst in Capital Markets at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, developing fixed income strategies and assisting in substantial debt issuances. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Asset Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University College of Business.
