Dushan Perera

Dushan Perera is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in mobile engineering and development. Currently serving as the Director of Mobile Engineering at Fierce Finance since November 2022, Dushan leads a team in creating a sophisticated mobile retail banking application. Prior roles include Technology Director and Associate Technology Director at R/GA, where strategic leadership and best practices were established for mobile development initiatives. Dushan co-founded Ring Me Right, an engagement ring marketplace, and held various positions at Dom & Tom, managing engineering teams and implementing quality improvement strategies. Dushan began an independent iOS development career in 2010, focusing on real estate and finance apps. Currently pursuing an MSc in Computer Science from Birkbeck, University of London, Dushan combines technical expertise with a commitment to innovation and excellence in mobile technology.
