Vanessa Rangel Flores

Vanessa Rangel Flores has been involved in customer service, marketing strategy development, and post-sales support at Sistema FIERGS since April 2018. Prior to this role, Vanessa served as a training instructor at Eleva Soluções from March 2012 to August 2017, specializing in recruitment processes and the training and development of sales professionals. Vanessa holds a degree in Psychology from Instituição Evangélica de Novo Hamburgo and an Administration degree from Icp cooperativa. Additionally, Vanessa completed an Executive MBA in Strategic Marketing Management, Planning, and Competitive Intelligence at Facuminas, and is currently furthering education at Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER.
