Michaël Vyvermans

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, focusing on supporting innovation projects through training and mentorship. Roon is also the owner and founder of managination, a company dedicated to enhancing the software development landscape. Previously held notable positions include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, where solutions for self-sovereign finance were developed. Roon has extensive experience in leading technological change as Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web and serving as a board member and technical leader at Share&Charge. Roon's background includes advisory roles at the IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io, and a focus on blockchain development at Sweetbridge and SwissBorg. Roon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional qualifications in fintech and project management.
