Givi Peradze

As senior vice president of construction, Givi Peradze oversees the management and construction of complex mid- and high-rise projects, building and supervising teams, and executing various company processes. Most recently, Givi oversaw the construction and development of The Westerly, a 12-story, 188-unit multifamily development in Chicago’s River West; 727 West Madison, a 45-story, 494-unit multifamily development in Chicago’s West Loop; NEXT at 347 West Chestnut, a 30-story, 310-unit multifamily development in Chicago’s River North; and Luxe on Chicago, a mixed-use retail and apartment project in Chicago’s West Town.

Givi brings more than 17 years of construction experience to Fifield. Previously a project manager at Lendlease Construction, Givi oversaw contract administration, procurement, scheduling/costing, supervision, and coordination for large-scale residential and hotel construction projects totaling more than $400 million and 2.1 million square feet. Givi also served as a project engineer at Mortenson Construction, where he coordinated complete construction and administrative requirements for various trade complex packages for sports facility, civic, and parking garage construction projects totaling more than $540 million and 2.7 million square feet.

Givi earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Georgian Technical University, and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
