Julie Coates has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Julie started their career with an internship at the Lackawanna County District Attorney's Office in 2009, where they gained experience in legal document preparation and collaborated on drug searches and emergency response strategies for local high schools.

In 2012, they transitioned to the food and beverage industry as a Food and Beverage Manager at Ruth's Chris Steak House. In this role, Julie contributed to profitability by delegating tasks, coaching team members, and analyzing market trends to make purchasing decisions.

Moving on, Julie joined MRP Realty as a Property Manager in 2014. During their tenure, they efficiently managed properties and ensured their smooth operations until November 2016.

In 2017, Julie joined Stockdale Management, LLC as a Property Manager. Julie excelled in this role by improving energy efficiency in multiple buildings, resulting in LEED certifications and reduced utility costs. Additionally, Julie maintained communication with external vendors and provided property status updates to asset managers and building owners.

Currently, Julie serves as the VP of Life Cycle Management at fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty (1547) since January 2023. Julie oversees the management of the Pittock Block, a mixed-use building, and leads a team of maintenance and co-location technicians. Julie is also responsible for negotiating contracts and leases with customers and tenants.

Julie Coates, CDCMP, has a solid educational background in the field of business, management, marketing, and related support services. Julie earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Penn State University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, Julie also attended Temple University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in the same field of study, completing it in 2007.

In addition to their academic achievements, Julie Coates has further enhanced their professional qualifications by obtaining the Certified Data Centre Management Professional (CDCMP®) certification from CNet Training in May 2022.
