Phil Lear

Phil Lear is an experienced IT management professional currently serving as ITUX Manager EMEA at Arcadis since January 2021. With a strong background in business process consulting as COO of Fifth Step Ltd since March 2009 and Chief Operating Officer of Fifth Step Inc. since June 2013, Phil has extensive expertise in ITIL, risk management, vendor management, program management, IT outsourcing, transition management, and business continuity.
