Tracy Dudley

Tracy Dudley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and project management. Currently serving as Vice President and Strategic Director of the Enterprise PMO at Fifth Third Bank since January 2015, Tracy has a strong focus on continuous improvement and process reengineering. Prior to this role, Tracy held multiple positions in the City of Huber Heights, Ohio, including City Council Member for Ward 5, Vice Mayor, and Chair of Parks and Recreation from January 2010 to January 2016. Tracy also worked at Vantiv as a Process Excellence and Optimization Project Manager from March 2011 to January 2015, where responsibilities included managing multi-disciplinary projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on International Studies from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from Wright State University.
