Kate Sarginson

Kate Sarginson is an accomplished communications professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Head of Creative at Fight or Flight since November 2022, Sarginson previously held the position of CEO at Kate Sarginson Consulting from July 2021 to November 2022, specializing in developing agnostic communication solutions. Prior to that, Sarginson was a Managing Director in Consumer Marketing at Weber Shandwick from January 2010 to July 2021, where various leadership roles were undertaken, including Director and Associate Director. Additional experience includes positions as Account Manager at CUBE Communications, BWS PR Manager at Tesco, and Senior Account Executive at Westbury Communications, among others. Sarginson holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Bristol, obtained in 1999.
