Benjamin Glickenhaus

Benjamin Glickenhaus is a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer with extensive experience in developing AI solutions and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Figma since October 2025, Benjamin previously held similar roles at Patreon and worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Notably, Benjamin led the development of a neural-network-based AI drafting tool for the game Dota 2 while at Stratz Esports, significantly improving win rate predictions. As CEO and Founder of Base2 Investments, Benjamin created a stock trading algorithm that earned a prestigious grant.
