Craig has a strong background in building L&D functions from the ground up, having previously held leadership roles at Aiven, Elastic, Waffle, Tata Group, Aon, Ipsos, and BMG Research. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy from The University of Sheffield and an Executive Coaching degree from Henley Business School.
