Kristen Lovell

Kristen (Fajt) Lovell serves as the Partnerships Manager for Product Partnerships at Figma, beginning in November 2023. Prior to this role, Kristen was a Strategic Partner Development Manager at Google, focusing on technology partnerships for the ChromeOS ecosystem and leading efforts for Google Meet from August 2022 to November 2023. Kristen's experience also includes serving as a Business Development Manager at Microsoft, where key responsibilities involved establishing partnerships and managing strategic opportunities within the M365 ecosystem from October 2020 to August 2022. Earlier in the career, Kristen worked at Boeing in various roles related to strategic partnerships and IT sourcing from May 2014 to October 2020, including significant achievements in cost savings and supplier governance. Kristen's professional foundation includes a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Johns Hopkins, a B.S. in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University, and a Master’s Certificate in Architecture and Systems Engineering from MIT.
