Laura Sucheski Markuze

Laura Sucheski Markuze is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment law. Currently serving as Director of Global Employment & Litigation at Figma since November 2022, Laura previously held the role of Senior Counsel for Employment & Litigation. Prior to Figma, Laura managed a global employment law team at Zendesk, overseeing labor and employment compliance for over 6,000 employees across multiple jurisdictions. Laura's career also includes positions at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP as Counsel and Associate Corporate Counsel, as well as a judicial clerkship for the Honorable James V. Selna at the U.S. District Courts. Laura holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Claremont McKenna College.
