Xenia Perez is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in operations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Recruiting Operations Associate and previously as a Recruiting Coordinator at Figma since April 2021, Xenia has also held positions at Western Digital as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and University Recruitment Coordinator from January 2019 to April 2021.
