Ryan Grosso

Ryan Grosso has a strong background in data science and strategy. Ryan currently serves as the Director of Data Science and Data Strategy at Figment, where they started in February 2022. Prior to that, Ryan was an Advisor at Stealth Startup and Datalogz in 2022 and 2021 respectively. From 2017 to 2022, Ryan worked at SparkBeyond, holding various roles including Global VP of Data Science & Technical Pre-Sales, Director of Data Science, Data Science Manager, Senior Data Scientist, and Data Scientist. Ryan also served as an Insight Technical Advisor at Insight Data Science from 2019 to 2019. In 2017, Ryan was a Data Science Fellow at Insight Data Science, where they built a tool for predicting potential product reach through Instagram influencers' profiles. Before transitioning to the field of data science, Ryan worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Cincinnati, focusing on physics courses and participating in the MicroBooNE experiment.

Ryan Grosso received a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Lycoming College from 2006 to 2010. Ryan also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Astronomy from Lycoming College from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Elementary Particle Physics at the University of Cincinnati from 2010 to 2017.
