Feyza Karaca has worked in various roles since 2014. Feyza began as an Intern for Allianz Türkiye in 2014, then moved to Ziraat Bankası in 2015 as a Customer Service Agent. In 2018, they became a Customer Experience Manager for ING Bank Turkey and in 2022 they were hired as an Assistant Specialist for HAVER FARMA İLAÇ A.Ş. and a Sales Executive for Figopara.
Feyza Karaca obtained their Lisans Derecesi in Economics from Bilecik University between 2010 and 2015. Feyza also holds several certifications, including a Bireysel Emeklilik Sertifikası from Emeklilik Gözetim Merkezi (EGM) in February 2020, a SEGEM certification from Sigortacılık Eğitim Merkezi in September 2018, a Bordro ve Özlük İşleri Eğitimi certification from Datassist Payroll Services in March 2018, an Iş Hukuku Uygulamaları certification from İstanbul İşletme Enstitüsü in October 2017, and an Iş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği certification from Plaza Peyzaj Taahhüt ve İnşaat Sanayi A.Ş. in May 2016.
